The delivered shredder-crusher is specifically engineered to handle large PP and PE blocks, lumps, purgings, injection molding scraps, and other bulky plastic waste generated in downstream processing operations. Featuring a robust welded steel frame, heavy-duty hexagonal rotor, and imported high-tensile alloy steel blades, the machine delivers exceptional cutting force and long service life, even under continuous high-load operating conditions.

The two-stage shredding and crushing design ensures that oversized plastic blocks are efficiently downsized into uniform particles of 8–30 mm, which can be directly fed into granulation or washing lines - significantly improving downstream processing efficiency and overall plant productivity.
